WILD foxy'ness

I love WILDFOX! Its cute and edgy at the same time. Babydoll colors and fun tee's with an original print. Perfect for girls with a go getter attitude..being unique and different. Girly but tough.. no bullshit allowed.

-Drunken Sleep overs, hot pink bubblegum, out of control pillow fights, delicious champagne showers , crazy dancing on the bed, singing out of tune, driving with the top down, skinny dipping in the ocean, flashing the granny neighbours, eating whipped cream straight from the can, nachos with lots of cheese sauce, catching butterflies, licking lollipops,  its all okay, if you're a WILD FOX. -

Check out these amazing pictures!

Styling portfolio - Kameleon.

The fun thing about fashion and styling is transforming a innocent looking girl/model in to a fashion diva. With the right outfit, and make up and hair..you can change someones look in an instant. I did a shoot with photographer Gunther Frans, and stylists Michael Wauman and Nathan Murillo. We had the idea to do several looks, with the same model..no story, every look was totally different then the last one. Our model for the day was Naomi, gorgeous girl, who did a great job! Make up artist was Esra Sevencan.

Different this time was the choice of background. We challenged ourselves, and decided we were going to copy and paste our model, in to an already excisting picture, that we found online. Bit tricky for the photographer, proportion wise... but we pulled it off. Take a look at our results.

Styling portfolio - Sarah Mancini

I got lucky this year..because two of my friends, got through to the liveshows of SYTYCD. I've always loved dancing, and it is my dream to combine my passion for fashion with my on going love for dance and music. So I thought it would be fun, to do a fashion photoshoot with my friend Sarah Mancini. She is a gorgeous dancer from Leuven. And she always helps me out, with my projects. Which I'm so greatfull for. So we got together with make up artist Bart Portier, hair stylist Tanja lombardi, and photographer Robby. A nice little extra that day was that a friend of Robby's was going to film some behind the scenes footage. So a big thank you goes out to Fabrizio Nasello. Make sure you click on the link below, to watch the video he made that day.

If you're a dance lover, make sure you watch SYTYCD every sunday on vtm..and show my friend Sarah Mancini some love, by voting for her! You can also like her fanpage on facebook.

Styling portfolio - Kalila

So Kalila and I go way back..I've known her for quiet some time now..she's an awesome dancer..and such a sweet girl. She competed in The ultimate dance battle, in Team Michel..and entered this years SYTYCD. She contacted me because she needed some promo pictures for her flyers and posters..I jumped at the opportunity, because I love dance..and it inspires me everyday. Plus she is so sweet, I really wanted to help her out..I lent some clothes from the awesome antwerp based store 'The public image' . Owner Nele Moens is a huge fan of dance shows, and was so kind to let me borrow some clothes for the shoot. The results were gorgeous..a big thank you to photographer Lorenzo Naudts and Make up artist Roxanne Janssens.

Last sunday was the first liveshow..and her performance was AMAZING. Check out her performance below. Just click on the link.

Styling portfolio - La Douce France!

So some time ago, Nathan Murillo asked me to join him on this photography weekend in France. Normally him and Michael Wauman were in charge of the styling..but because Michael had a job that weekend, he had to cancel. So I went along, to help him with the styling. It was a fun, but very stressfull weekend..we worked our asses off. It was hot! and hectic.. But we got some good portfolio shots from it. Enjoy!

Nathan & Myself behind the scenes

Styling portfolio - Bittersweet.

This was a shoot that I did a while ago.. in Tilburg city. Jamie De Leeuw is a very talented and young photographer. Very passionate about her profession. Model that day was Chloe, and as you can see, she's gorgeous! Jitske winkels was our make up/ hair stylist for the day..and Sylvie was the assistent of Jamie. An all girl team..which I love! I prepared two cute and girly looks..our location was a small cupcake store in the centre of Tilburg. But my favorite look of the day, was the last one.. Silvy, who is a fashion addict as well, brought this very cool top, so at the last minute, I prepared a totally different look, a little tougher, edgier..just my cup of tea. So enjoy the pictures! I really really like them!

Christina aguilera's new video!

I wanted to do a post on the new Christina Aguilera video.. Well you all know, that theres been a lot of commotion about her weight... yes it's hard to believe that the -genie in the bottle- singer is the same full figured lady we see  today...but who the fuck cares? She was how old, 16 when she first started singing? Women get some curves when they grow up... and I hate the fact that in Hollywood, that's considered a bad thing...or something not normal. When it's totally human... it's considered ugly, or not perfect... when it's just about knowing how to dress... like her wardrobe in the new video.. I loved the fact that she's trying to be all bubbly and girly..but that amount of make up, just makes you look like a stripper...she's such a gorgeous woman, why cover that up with that kind of make up? I liked the colors in this music video...Especially her look with the dude in the car, that was my favorite.. I did not like the pink/purple/blue pieces in her hair..makes her seem trashy..but I guess that was the look they were going for. I just wish she would tone it down, and let her voice do all the talking...she has one of the most fierce and powerfull voices that I've ever heard... she should cherish that...instead of focusing how to be hip and trendy for the youngsters out there. Over all, I think she looked good in this music video... she's found her groove back..I like the song, she sounds good... but a little over done on the make up part... it looks fake. But here's her video...feel free to leave some comments... on how you like the video.
