5 Spring/Summer trends.

So today I had a meet up with two girls from a local magazine. They wanted to do a piece on me, a stylist/ personal shopper from Antwerp. I was so nervous, but they were so nice, I really had a good time. Because the article focuses on the spring and summer trends..I thought it would be nice, to write a piece on my blog about THE trends that I absolutely adore. I must say, I'm not a big trend seeker. I just dress according to my mood and style. If it's a trend that I like, I won't hesitate..but I'm not a crowd pleaser. I'll always do my own thing. As long as it looks good, i'm happy!

So here are my favorite Spring/Summer trends for this season :

1. Collars all the way!

Wear a cute top, and add a shiny/cute collar to it. It can make a pretty basic outfit, stand out in seconds.

2. NEON versus pastels. 

Usually these two words are a total clash, but not this Spring/Summer. You mix and match nude and pastel colors, with bright neon shades. Do it subtle, wear a nude outfit, but add a neon nailpolish or shoe. Or the other way around. Have fun with it. 

3. Suit up!

This is my favorite trend I think this Spring/Summer! It's sophisticated, and cute at the same time. Works well for me, because I don't have big boobs, so I tend to draw the attention to my reasonable 'pretty' legs. You can go nude, or bright with this one. Perfect for combining the Neon versus pastel trend. Some examples..

4. Flower power! 

5. Wedged heels. 

No more stiletto's this Spring/Summer! And me likey likey! Because I was never a good walker in heels. So no worries, you'll be walking without panic attacks from now on. ( at least for a couple of months. )
