Top 10 basics!

I was cleaning out my closet, because I never had the courage to really really clean it out, and it was long overdue. So I started thinking about the top 10 basics every girl should buy. So I started making a list.

1. skinny black pants

This is an essential piece in your closet. You can combine almost everyting with it. Casual, or chic. 

2. Denim jacket

This is timeless. A good denim jacket lasts a lifetime! Winter or summer, denim is so yummy! it gives you're outfit that extra shwung or edge. 

3. boyfriend jeans

Oh yes, I love them! I have a variety of boyfriend jeans. Cheap ones, more expensive ones. G star is the best brand for amazing boyfriend jeans. They're tapered fitted jeans, are to die for. You can wear it with heels,or flats. It both looks really good. 


4. All Star sneakers | High or low

These sneakers are awesome! They're a great shoe to wear with a casual outfit. Perfect for long shoppingtrips! For me, I use them to go to work. I work in retail, so you need a sporty shoe to make sure your feet don't feel off by the end of your shift. So they're perfect for that. All stars look great combined with denim, casual and sporty outfits. 


5. Denim shorts | high or low waisted

You can combine these shorts with just about everything and anytime. Winter, summer, it all works. Winter requires tights, and in summer they're perfect with flip flops and a cute Tshirt. 

6. Blazer | Short or long 

You can go crazy on blazers. You have them in all shapes and colours. You can class up your outfit in no time, even when you're wearing jeans and a tshirt. Combine that with a blazer, and you're good to go! 

7. Silk blouse 

Every woman should have at least one silk blouse. It feels amazing! You have all kinds of blouses. I'm in love with the polkadot one. I'm a huge fan of the white blouses with the big bows. It's very easy to combine, you can wear it casual with a jeans, or go for the classy look, and wear it with a high waisted pants or pencil skirt. 

8. Black pumps

Louboutins

Shoes are my addiction. I think i'm not the only one. But what every fashionista needs in her shoe closet is a good solid black pump. Black goes with just about everything. Wear it with a dress, or trousers. Either way you'll look fabulous. 

9.  LBD 

You can't go wrong with a little black dress. You really need one, because they are suited for every occasion. Especially the little cocktail dresses are fab! I love the little black dresses with the cutout in the back. So sexy! But yes, a MUST in every fashionista's closet! 

10. Uggs 

And finally, our number 10, the UGGS. They come in every colour you can imagine. You have the longer ones, or the shorter version. But they are amazing, if you're having an off day. For the casual outfit, going to the grocery shop. Or like now, when it's really cold outside. You're feet are snuggly warm! 

So that was it, my top ten basics. I think every fashionista/woman should have these items in their closet! I do not own all of them, but they're on my wishlist. ;)
