I feel naked..and that's how it should be.

I'm a strong believer in nude make-up. I used to use cheap stuff. But recently took the step, to buy some more expensive make-up. My mom dissaproved ; " I can't believe you spent all that money on make-up". No matter how much I try to explain..she won't understand..ever.
But that's her right. I can't really blame her, it was a lot of money.

first of all you need a good moisturizer. I stick to the nivea soft cream. It's easy to apply, and gives your skin a soft and healthy glow.

After that, I brush my teeth..because I find it's just the right amount of time, to let the moisturizer sink in, but still remain a little greasy. you need the greasyness, to apply your foundation easily.

I picked the 'Chanel foundation vitalumière aqua'. It's light, it gives you a second skin effect, and covers up allmost everything. Except obvious zits, and redness. You'll need the concealer to cover them up. But no worries, that's the next step. So first the foundation.

So you apply the foundation on your hand first, so it warms up the make-up. I always apply my foundation, well my make-up with my fingers. I find it easier. I take my finger, and swipe some foundation on my nose, chin, cheeks and forehead if neccesary. I smooth it out, with my fingers. Never apply foundation under your eyes, or on the eye lid. But everything else should be covered up, and glowing.

Next step is, the concealer.
I use a concealer of clarins. Number 02. It's a pinkish colour. I like it.

So I take my concealer, and just look at my face. To keep a natural look, I don't want to cover up too much. But If I have some severe redness somewhere, that's not covered by my foundation, Like a zit, I just take my concealer and whipe some on my finger..and then I put it on the spot I want to cover..I usually do this on all the red spots on my face, right under my eyes, on my eyelids, and corner of my eyes. and then I take my foundation again, and take a little amount, to mix it up with the concealer on my face( not the eyes ), so I don't have any lighter spots on my face.

After the moisturizer, foundation, and concealer, it's time for ...the blush. I use a cream blush, because I like the glow on my cheeks. It's a cream blush, by Yves Saint Laurent.

I don't use a lot of blush. I just take a little amount with my fingertop, and pout my lips, and whipe it on the cheekbones and smooth it out.

After that I take a giant make up brush, and my chanel powder.

I take my brush and dab it in the powder. This powder comes with a little sponge. But I prefer using the brush. It gives a more natural and light effect. I just cover my whole face. This powder helps to fixate the make up. So that it lasts longer.
That's why you put on your blush first aswell. Always swipe towards the outside of your face. make circular movements with your brush.

So that's for the face in general. Now it's time for the intense eyes.

I use an eye pencil by chanel again.

I take the pencil, and put it around my eyes. It helps if you've applied some concealer on your eyelid, it makes it slide across. What I always do, to make it less harsh, is after I put it on my upper eye lid, I smooth it out with my finger. It gives you a smokey eye effect, but not over the top.

then it's time for some mascara. I have big eyes, so I like to bring them out. So I use a lot of mascara.

I use Helena Rubenstein's Lash Queen mascara. I've had a lot of mascara's before. And this one, is the best so far. It has an intense black colour. it gives you just the right amount of volume and curl. And makes your eyes pop. The only thing that's difficult with this mascara, is getting it off. But that could just be me.

So that's the face, the eyes, if i'm feeling crazy. I use a highlighter aswell.
Suprise suprise I use the highlighter face pen, by Chanel. number 30, beige rosé.

I take the pen, you have to twist the bottom, to get it out on the top. I put some on my outter eye lids on top, the nose, under the nose, right in the philtrum, on the chin, and cheeks.
You can put it basically everywhere on the parts of your face you want to highlight.

And then , the final touch. My lipgloss.
I use the gloss from Bourjois les nudes effet 3D.

It's a soft pink colour, that gives you just the right amount of shine, and colour, without it being too much. And It gives your lips a fuller effect. 3D as it says in the name.

There, that's my morning ritual.
